Have you ever had this feeling, this fleeting sensation when wandering in the woods all alone in fragile autumn silence, or when darkness is gradually falling down and sounds dying away….that now you look up to see in front of you a pair of eyes looking intently right at you, ears alert, the front paw trembling expectantly raised in the air…and the same suddenly the grey image is fading away, blending and merging with the landscape.
This carving is devoted to this grey beholder of the forest, the Wolf.

И так же внезапно этот серый образ расплывается, сливаясь с пейзажем.
In the heat of chase
The center of this composition is a giant moose chased by several wolves.
Materials: moose antler, wood (the plaque onto which the anler is fixed).

Материалы: рог лося, декоративная доска (на которую крепится рог).
The composition is not complex, however, it represents a scene treated by many men of word and fine arts - a howling wolf. Here relief carving is applied and the background - of a tree and a night sky with a bright moon standing high behind the tree branches - is made with the help of toning.
